Fivos Apartments

Fivos Apartments is in a calm, peaceful fishing town, and I loved the rooftop garden, with its magnificent view throughout the day. Don't miss sunset up there. My whole week was great: the room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed, and the staff were really nice and welcoming. I'd definitely return next summer. 100% recommend :)

We spent a week at Fivos apartment in August 2024, and the residence itself is pretty and quiet, though a little removed from lively Aliki and about a 10-minute walk from the beach. The bedding was excellent and the bathroom fine. The Extra Superior Apartment was pleasant, but Apartment 102 on the ground floor was mediocre, facing a dusty street. In the kitchen, the pans were worn out, and one cabinet door was missing. The owner wasn't reliable about our booking or requests. We reserved the EXTRA SUPERIOR APARTMENT on the first floor with a lovely terrace, but arrived to a ground-floor unit with a tiny terrace facing the dusty street. The owner insisted it matched the booking and, because it was late, said we'd discuss it the next day. He was less firm then and offered two options, but both involved moving apartments twice and still didn't match what we'd booked. We showed our confirmation email and eventually got the right apartment, but only after spending a second night in the first one. For the final night, he asked us to move again because the apartment had been rented out. We first agreed, then changed our minds once settled, since we'd paid for it for the full week. Daily cleaning is advertised, but it seemed to happen at best every other day. Our friends had to ask after three days. Coffee pods were also said to be provided daily, but both we and our friends had to request them. Other residents were promised two apartments sharing a terrace and didn't get them. The booking schedule seemed wrong, and the owner agreed to requests he couldn't fulfill. Our friends also had problems.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the friendly staff were always ready to help.

We stayed here for work and had a great experience. I enjoyed the courtyard in the evenings, and the owner was kind to us from arrival through departure. I did read other comments from people who said they'd had a bad experience or booking issues, which seemed weird.
