The transfer and ferry information was a problem throughout our island circuit. The travel agency's terms said the reception would pass it along the day before, but Afrodite Hotel was the only hotel that didn't. We received the details from the other hotels. Apparently this issue happens repeatedly, yet the hotel is still used by the agency. I wouldn't recommend it. We booked this trip through an agency that partners with the establishment and stayed at the end of July. At Afrodite Hotel boutique, only the Manager could access the email, so the two women who were always there couldn't check it. We had to contact the companies ourselves, and they confirmed they'd sent the information. When we asked the Manager, he said he hadn't received anything, asked why they'd send it to him, and asked whether we had a phone. He was arrogant, and it wasn't a nice welcome. There were several other issues. The fridge in the room made it hot, and you can't put paper in the toilet because it clogs the pipes. The pool walls were filthy enough to draw on, and a surveillance camera pointed at the pool, which could be an invasion of privacy. The toaster had just two slots and was ridiculously small, so you'd need patience if it was busy. There were coffee and sugar sachets, but no bottled water on arrival. We couldn't find an accessible outlet to charge a phone or use the kettle on the table, so I had to put the kettle on the floor. At checkout, they tried to charge us for something we hadn't consumed.

It's a short, convenient walk to the main town, and there's a tiny pastry shop on the way with delicious breakfast treats and coffee. The hotel itself is clean and well kept, with effective AC. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a small pool and a little kitchen area for breakfast. Parking is a strange setup, a chained-off space behind the hotel that they guard jealously, as if other tourists shouldn't use it. Still, there's lots of room and getting in and out is easy. No complaints!

Ambra (aka Amber) welcomed us warmly at the front desk and gave us useful tips for making the most of our three nights on the island. The hotel is in peaceful, lovely Aliki, Paros, Greece, right by the restaurants and shops. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it. Special thanks to Ambra! 😊

The team's warmth and helpfulness made our stay memorable. Ambra deserves a special thank you for making us feel at home with her kindness and attention to detail. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and just a short walk from everything, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We'd choose the Aphrodite Boutique Hotel again and recommend it to anyone after a charming, personal place to stay.

We had one of the roof rooms, with lovely balconies where we could unwind and watch the sunset after a busy day. The hotel was calm, and the rooms were clean and tidy with nice views. During our four-day stay, the soap, shower gel, coffee and tea weren't replenished, and our glasses and cups weren't washed or replaced. We also weren't allowed to bring snacks, water or other drinks into the open area or pool unless bought at the bar, so we didn't spend much time by the pool. Breakfast was fine, a solid start but nothing extravagant.
