Sea Side House Kourouta

It’s a real gem of a place, 80m2, on Kourouta beach in Ilia. The wooden ceiling gives it the feel of a ski resort, but we didn’t even need the air conditioning in the heat because the roof kept the place cool. It’s airy, with two large balconies, tables, and chairs. There’s one double bed and two singles. The kitchen has an electric stove, a large two-door refrigerator, and everything from cookware to pressure cookers and mixers. The lovely owners had even left us olive oil. It was spotless, and there were extra sheets and towels, plus a vacuum cleaner. I’ve stayed in lots of places in Greece and Geneva, and honestly, this is the best of them all. I’ll only stay here whenever we’re in the area, summer or winter. I can recommend it with confidence. A straight road gets you to the beach in a minute. Of the beach bars, Destino is the best, clean and stylish, with free sunbeds. There’s also lots of parking along the street outside the seaside Loft. Thank you, K.Irodis and K.Eleni. See you again.
