Georgia's Garden by Omilos Hotels

This was our first trip to Greece, and it was amazing. From the welcoming, kind staff to the delicious breakfast and exclusive multiple course dinners, we had everything we needed. Our room had a great sea view, and the location was perfect, just a 2 min walk to the beach and a 20 minute bus ride to the city. I spent lots of time by the pool too, which was clean and at a perfect temperature. We were greeted with welcome drinks when we arrived, and everyone made our stay even better. Special thanks to Stavros, my favourite bartender, always ready to make the best cocktails. Thank you all for an unforgettable vacation ❤️

The quiet setting was perfect for relaxing, and the beach was only two minutes away. There’s a lovely garden with lots of loungers and pools, and the hotel is right on the beach. Our seven day vacation was great, with very clean rooms and incredibly friendly, understanding staff. One evening we forgot our key, and a staff member waited late into the night so we could get into the hotel. We’re leaving this afternoon, but they’re still letting us use the outdoor area as guests. Breakfast was well balanced and had plenty of options. We’ll definitely come again.

We needed a room for one night at the beginning of Crete’s season so we could catch a flight from Heraklion. The hotel had been closed for renovations and was just opening, but it wasn’t ready. Our room was clean and had new fixtures, but the toilet wouldn’t flush or fill, the refrigerator wasn’t working and had to be plugged in, there was no hot water, and the advertised satellite TV wasn’t hooked up. We’d booked a queen bed, but got two twins pushed together, made up separately. They offered us another room, but its door wouldn’t close, so we kept ours. The toilet issue was fixed in the evening. Until then, we had to use the toilet across the street. We’d made the reservation well in advance, and they knew we were coming. I suppose they could have canceled at the last minute, which would have been a big problem, but they didn’t. The staff were as friendly, helpful and hospitable as they could be while dealing with the situation. The garden, pool, bar and eating areas looked very inviting. It’s steps from the beach, and I’m sure it could be a good place for a short holiday in season. They just weren’t ready to open.

We stayed here as a family of three. The location is fantastic, and our room was clean and tidy. The garden is beautiful, while the restaurant stays open all day. The barman was very friendly and pleasant, and reception staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend the hotel to anyone with children.
