The people were what made our stay at Sentido Amounda Bay so memorable. The bartenders and bar staff at the pool, beach, and lobby bars kept the atmosphere upbeat. Tatiana, Jorgus, Janis, and Maria were friendly, full of energy, and always smiling. They made us feel like friends, not just guests. The main restaurant team were also attentive, professional, and gracious, even when it was busy. The hotel and kitchen managers were around, welcoming guests and happy to chat. It felt like they cared about the details and ran the place with real passion. We spent two wonderful weeks there, and it was one of our best hotel stays. Our room was beautiful and had a private swim-up pool. Everything was modern and elegant, and the room was thoroughly cleaned each day. Housekeeping were kind and hardworking, and fresh drinking water was brought daily, which we appreciated in the Crete heat. The reception team were warm, professional, and ready to help. They arranged a birthday cake, flowers, and champagne for us without any trouble, making the celebration unforgettable. The bar snacks were fresh and tasty, especially the waffles, which became a favorite treat. We’re so glad we chose Sentido Amounda Bay. We’ll remember the welcoming atmosphere and would happily return.
