Helianthus Guesthouse

A very quiet hotel with comfortable beds, and breakfast right by a beautiful square. It’s also close to the ferry and all the restaurants. The owner is great, professional, and ready to help if you need anything. This is my favorite place to stay in Ammouliani, and we’d come back anytime soon. Thank you!

Right on the village’s main square, up on the hill, this guest house has a lovely local, traditional feel and a picturesque setting. The island is small enough that you can quickly see the quality here and feel good about your choice. Probably the best guest house on the island!!!

The terrace had a stunning view, and our room was very clean with modern furniture. The guesthouse is peaceful but close to the port, restaurants, and tavernas, so the location worked really well. Breakfast was good, too. Mr. Stratos Vassiliou was polite, friendly, and helpful, and even gave us presents before we left. My husband and I will definitely visit again. Thank you for making our vacation so good and unforgettable!

We slept really well in the award winning beds, and the rooms are finished to a high standard with everything we needed. A good continental style breakfast was included. Stratos also gave us useful directions and ideas for beaches and places to eat and drink, which we thoroughly enjoyed. He and his team provided excellent hospitality and service. Helianthus Guesthouse is well placed in the main town, close to the main port and handy for getting around the island. Ammouliani is an amazing place to stay and explore, with amazing beaches. We’ll be back and look forward to staying at Helianthus again soon.
