Helios Beach Hotel & Bungalows

The room was good, clean, and comfortable, and my wife and I enjoyed our stay from July 10th to 18. The hotel has a wonderful beach right in front, with shades, sunbeds, and a beach bar serving great drinks and snacks. The staff were friendly and happy to help with a smile, whether serving us or suggesting places to visit and traditional food. Special thanks to Kostis and George in the Service, Panos in the bar, and the girls in th lobby. The Manager impressed us with her enthusiasm in helping and guiding us, and so did the owner's son, who worked enthusiastically in service.

The dinner menu was appealing, and we enjoyed the food every time. I don't think I've ever eaten so much salad on so many days in a row! A big thank you to all the hotel staff for always being friendly. Gabriella from Slovakia at reception was especially outstanding. She was always there for us and handled our questions, little problems, and requests for help with a smile and real competence. The stay was very nice, though the facilities still had a few obvious unfinished features. It wasn't a construction site, but there was no pool bar, so in the evening there was nowhere to wind down at either the beach bar or the pool bar. I think the finished development will be even more beautiful and suit this lovely island perfectly.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean, and thanks especially to Gabriela at reception. It’s nearly finished being renovated on a beautiful island. I did miss having a bar where we could spend the evening. Beach service could be better for 20 euros a day, especially with clean sunbeds in the morning.

The staff were lovely, and everything felt very hygienic. Our room was spotless, and the quiet setting by a beautiful beach was still close to the city center. On our last day my husband became ill, and they kindly offered us another room, medicine, and room service. A very caring touch. We’d absolutely recommend it.
