The owner welcomed us warmly and pointed out good beaches and restaurants. Cleaning was excellent, with fresh laundry every other day. We were in studio number 2, though, and our small balcony looked straight onto the neighbours' apartments, so there wasn’t a nice view.

Paris and family treated us wonderfully. It was a peaceful apartment with a view of the big blue. Their hospitality is one to remember, and I hope to visit again.

The rooms were spacious and had a good view, but the apartments felt overpriced. I’ve stayed in much better places for less. Some basics were missing too, including mosquito tablets, toiletries, and hand towels, which I’d expect at this price. The owner’s focus on getting as much money from us as possible really put me off. We were given a different room from the one we booked, supposedly at a discount, but we found online that it was a cheaper room and listed for less than we paid. He also insisted on cash instead of card and didn’t give us a receipt. So we ended up downgraded and paying more than we would have by booking online. If you stay, I’d suggest booking through a booking website and asking for a receipt. I wouldn’t return; the whole experience left a bad impression.

I wasn’t happy with the accommodation. There was dust in the room, and the plates and dishes were dirty even though they’d been put away in the cabinet as if clean. When I went to shower in the evening, there was no warm water. I wouldn’t recommend it.
