Sunrise Rent Rooms

This was a last minute extension to our holiday, and we liked it much more than the villa we'd rented before. The owners and staff were the kindest, most helpful people we met on the island. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable and cared for by excellent housekeepers. It felt like paradise. We were there for 10 days, and for the first time ever I slept for 11 hours. The bed was huge and really comfortable, with no noise and quiet air conditioning. Everything was faultless. I'd come back if there were better bus service, or if I had a car to rent.

Sun Rise Rent Rooms really matched the photos and the reviews. The decor is modern, and the rooms and interiors are comfortable and very clean. Bathrooms work well, and the Wi-Fi is excellent. It had been improved after guests gave feedback. A lovely sandy beach with sunbeds is right below the hotel. There are supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and traditional tavernas all around. The village is quiet but also well placed for exploring the island. The place clearly takes guests' comfort seriously. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

We stayed in the loft apartment, which was perfect for two, with a small but well-equipped kitchen. It was clean and modern, and the sea view was amazing. The host was welcoming and quick to answer any questions, really great service. Restaurants and a mini market are about a 5 minute walk away, and it took us around 40 minutes to walk into town. I'd strongly recommend having a car. When we asked, the host arranged one for us, which couldn't have been easier. We'd definitely return.

We chose Amoudi for its quiet, relaxed feel, and found plenty close by: tavernas to the left and right, a few more 200-300m away, two very good supermarkets and several places to rent scooters, cars and other vehicles. The balcony faced the sea, so it felt like we were right on the beach. The view was breathtaking. The room was comfortable and clean, and the little kitchen was so well equipped that we could make breakfast and coffee to enjoy on the balcony. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, almost like family. They were friendly, helpful with tips and recommendations, and even helped with bookings. We'll be back and will recommend the accommodation to friends and family.
