NEMA Design Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

Liana deserves a special thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Her kindness, dedication, and attention to detail meant a lot. Everyone else on the NEMA team was friendly, professional, and attentive as well. NEMA Design Hotel & Spa is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and elegant. We especially enjoyed the pool area, the spa, and the quality of the food. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete. Thank you to the whole team.

Sabbeeh was especially helpful during my stay. He arranged a taxi for me after 1am, explained what to expect out at that hour and how best to get back safely, and said I could call him at reception if anything went wrong. While I waited, he offered me iced tea and snacks. He’s incredibly kind, personable, and accommodating, and people like Sabbeeh make this place feel special. All the staff at NEMA have been fantastic so far. They’re genuinely kind, friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help.

NEMA is the sort of place that stays in your mind long after you leave. The hotel itself is stunning, peaceful, and elegant, but what made the stay unforgettable was the feeling the team created each day. Their little treats, smiles, care, and attention to detail all felt thoughtful and heartfelt. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so genuinely warm and kind that we felt relaxed and cared for straight away. Every staff member made us feel welcome, almost like family. Thank you for making the trip feel so special. We’ll carry these memories for a long time. Efharistó polí 🤍

We got a room with a pool on this visit, and it was lovely. There are always sun loungers by the main pool too, if you’d rather spend the afternoon there with a drink in the sun. The food is great, with lots of options and something different each day. This is our second time here because we love it. All the staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much!
