Senseana Sea Side Resort & Aquadventure - All Inclusive

The waterpark was a great setup for the kids, while adults could relax nearby, and the resort itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed for families. Our family felt well cared for the whole time, without staff crowding our space. Everyone seemed proud of the hotel and the experience they offer. Food and drinks arrived on time, and the service stayed warm and professional. Tony, Mario, Patryk, Anastasia, and Aleksandra deserve a special thank you. I also remember the lovely breakfast server with glasses, who always said “thank you” in her own warm way. Her smile brightened each morning. Every member of the team helped make our stay feel special, and the staff were attentive and ready to help at any time. It was a real pleasure to stay at Senseana Sea Side Resort & Aquadventure. We had a great time as a family at the water park. Both rooms we booked, one with a private pool and one with a private jacuzzi, were roomy, comfortable, and very well kept. Service was excellent throughout our stay, and we’d happily recommend the hotel.

The kids had loads of fun at the splash park, and the main pool’s shallow end was a nice place for them to splash while we relaxed. The staff were accommodating, and our room was cleaned regularly by friendly cleaners. Toni and Marius at the pool bar were attentive and good fun, while Micheal at the front was kind and helpful, as were the reception and restaurant teams. The one thing I’d improve is the Kids club, as the women running it could have been more engaging. We had a great holiday with the kids.

The cocktails and mocktails were a real treat, skillfully made, beautifully presented, and balanced in a way that suited everyone in our group. The bar team was fantastic. We were celebrating my partner’s 50th birthday at Senseana Hotel in Crete at the end of October 2025, with seven of us, and couldn’t have picked a better place. From arrival, the staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help with anything. They made sure everyone, young and old, felt welcome and looked after. The hotel is beautifully designed and family-friendly, with options to relax by the pool or enjoy activities together. It made the whole celebration feel special, and we can’t wait to return.
