The hosts really made the stay for us. They were happy to arrange rides into Athens or to the airport, and even helped me get cake and champagne for my wife’s birthday. The view is one of my favorites, and the atmosphere around their home feels relaxed and authentically Greek. If you need somewhere to stay while visiting Athens, this place is a gem.

The standout for us was how well Nicos and his wife Vivi looked after us. They could also arrange rides to and from the apartment, the beaches, and even the airport for a reasonable charge. VIVA deserves more than five stars. The bay and sea views are lovely, the rooms were very clean, and there was more than enough space for four. The interior felt carefully and tastefully chosen, and there’s even an elevator from the garage to the apartment. A lovely place with super service.

From the moment we arrived, the host welcomed us, showed us the studio, and gave us her number so we could contact her directly. Excellent service, the best place to stay, and a great view.

The place was clean, the decor was excellent, and everyone was happy. I especially liked being away from the big cities.
