It's a good spot if you're mainly after some peace and quiet. There's a lush garden, dogs are welcome, and the beach has loungers, though you'll want shoes for the pebbles. The air conditioning works fine. The houses feel smaller than they look in the photos, and the rental seems overpriced for what's provided. There's no Wi-Fi or lively atmosphere, so look elsewhere if you need either.

The owner deserves credit, but the place itself feels neglected and badly needs renovation. Our stay came across as rather half-hearted, and the accommodation is very outdated. Reception on a mobile phone was barely there, while the Wi-Fi worked only now and then. It's also very remote, so you'll absolutely need a car. The restaurant marked next door on the map wasn't open in May 2024.

Right by the beach, and the houses have a really nice layout. The restaurant next door is very good and well worth trying. The bathrooms, though, are in poor shape: no shower screen, no water, and the taps either spray everywhere or don't work. There's heavy limescale throughout. After we asked, the owner only did temporary fixes.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the prices seemed fair. We ate by the sea in a modern, open setting and had some great seafood. The fish soup, grilled mussels and squid were lovely, and there was chicken with barley for the person in our group who doesn't eat fish. I especially liked the white taramo salad with the squid, the grilled talagani with sweet lemon (lemon peel), and the celery flavor in the barley.
