Ano Mera was a lovely traditional village, and the hotel made a great base for exploring the island. We stayed in a suite that felt just right, with everything we needed, including dishes for the room and sturdy, stylish plastic plates, bowls, and cups for the pool. The hotel was spotless, thanks to Roxanne and Eva, who welcomed us with a smile each morning. When we needed more coffee pods or water, Tolis and Marilena brought them over in a wicker basket. Tolis also greeted us on arrival, showed us to our room, and explained what we needed to know. Being able to message the staff on WhatsApp before and during the trip was really handy. We’ve just come back from a week at Camarades and can’t recommend it enough. Thanks, team Camarades.

The building’s architecture really stood out to us, with so much attention to detail, and we loved our time at Camarades. It’s close to plenty of places to eat and shop. One thing I’d suggest is adding a kettle to the room, since it’s a must for us Argentinians. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We loved how bright, clean, and relaxing the rooms were, and the design brings together Cycladic charm and modern comfort. The team was the highlight for us, always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. Camarades Hotel was a warm and stylish place to stay in Mykonos. We can’t wait to return!

The only snag for us was that breakfast wasn’t included in the package. Guests can order meals from an outside provider, though. The rooms were very clean and had excellent facilities, and the customer service was excellent too.

Camarades was the first place we’d stayed that asked for a €300 deposit, after an initial mistaken attempt to charge €3,000. It was also the first to charge for coffee capsules, and we’ve now visited 11 Cyclades islands. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the setting is far enough from the crowds and loud beach bars while still being close to nice beaches. The place has a lot of potential, but it felt like the heart was missing.
