Aquarius Hotel Zante

The hotel is close to the beach and two of the area's best-known beach bars, casa playa and banana beach club. We really loved Vasilikos and had a pleasant stay here. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed. Breakfast was fresh, very good, and satisfying, with different food each day. The amenities are basic, but what you'd expect from a 3-star hotel. Good value for the price, and I'd consider staying again on another trip.

The staff were nice and made me feel comfortable. The pool was lovely and clean, and breakfast was very good, with lots to choose from. You can squeeze fresh orange juice too, which was a nice touch. The room looked old and wasn't like the pictures. Most troubling were the very old bed linen and towels, which really need replacing soon. The bathroom was nice, but the hairdryer looked like an 80s model. The phone in the room belongs in a museum and also made the room feel dated.

Private parking right outside the hotel was a big help while we explored the island by car. The location is excellent too, just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Beach Club Tropicana is right around the corner and made for a relaxed day by the sea. At Aquarius Hotel, the rooms and shared areas were spotless and well kept. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived, and made us feel at home. We found it comfortable and good value, with genuine hospitality. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Zakynthos.

The rooms were a little smaller and less modern than I expected. Still, everything else was wonderful: friendly service, a fantastic pool, and good food. We highly recommend it!
