The view from our room was breathtaking, and Marina made us feel welcome from the moment we parked. She was lovely, checked that we had everything we needed, and shared plenty of tips for exploring the village. A wonderful example of Cretan hospitality.

Marina was such a kind, attentive host, and the mountain view is spectacular. The rooms are spacious and very clean, in a beautiful hotel tucked into the hillside. We love this place, and it’s in what may be the most perfect village in the world, a place that captures the heart and soul of the island and perhaps the whole country. Highly recommend!

We felt right at home here. The spacious rooms are well equipped, and ours had two balconies. There’s good Wi-Fi, plus a little kitchenette that made breakfast and dinner easy to prepare. Several tavernas and the town center are an easy walk away. Marina was a friendly, helpful host. Thanks, Marina!

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and practical, and the balcony has a lovely view. The very friendly, helpful host made sure we were looked after, with cookies and little gifts too.

We loved being in an authentic Greek village, away from the beaches and tourist crowds. In the evening, everyone gathers in the main square, and Marina hotel is just two minutes from the upper square. Our room was clean, with a fireplace and a porch where we could enjoy an amazing view and sunset. Marina is so sweet and runs a wonderful place. Highly recommended for a mountain getaway.
