We could see the moon from bed, and the balcony had a lovely view over Artemonas, the sea, and Paros in the distance. The new Nima Residences apartment was spotless, bright, and modern, with thoughtful details throughout. It was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, a big fridge, all the appliances we needed, a briki for Greek coffee, and elegant tableware. The bathroom was comfortable too, and there were power outlets everywhere, even on the balcony. Eleni, the owner, welcomed us with an unexpected room upgrade, a lovely surprise that put us in holiday mode straight away. She was such a warm host that it felt like staying in a dear friend's home. Every morning she made breakfast herself: fresh juice, yogurt with homemade granola, and a special pie with traditional Sifnos ingredients. She even rolls the pastry by hand. We wholeheartedly recommend Nima Residences for a comfortable stay with genuine hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

The room and views were great, but the owner made the stay especially lovely. She was attentive, helpful, and such a kind person. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade pastry and juice. We'd definitely recommend staying at Nima Sifnos.

Three nights in August wasn't nearly long enough for our family of six from Australia: parents, adult kids, and their partners. We had three rooms at Sifnos and loved our time at Nima with the super-star host Eleni and her husband. The accommodation was excellent and new, with superb views, and buses to anywhere were just 50 metres away. Any beach was within 10 minutes. We enjoyed personalised, home-cooked breakfasts while looking out at the view. Eleni was so hospitable and had great suggestions for restaurants and sites. We wanted to take her home! Best family holiday ever. NiMa Residences @ Sifnos is a hidden gem!

Our residence was spacious, super clean, and had amazing island views, especially at sunrise. The location was ideal, quiet and relaxing but only a few minutes' walk from the main town. Eleni was a super-hostess who shared plenty of island information and recommendations, and made us homemade breakfast. We loved every part of the stay and only wish we'd stayed longer!

The bus stop is right outside the accommodation, and the Sifno routes go all over the island. Eleni is an absolute weapon, attentive, kind, caring, and always up for a chat. She puts her heart into every breakfast and makes you feel right at home. The place is clean and sophisticated, with an unreal view. We've recommended Eleni to all our friends, and if or when we come back to sifnos, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you, Eleni!
