Rose Home

The room and service at Rose Home and Studio were amazing. Apollonia’s restaurants and boutiques are an easy walk away. Five stars!

The staff were welcoming, and the room was cute and very tidy. It had a roomy bathroom and a tiny kitchen with everything needed. The city centre is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The narrow approach was tricky with a large car, especially after dark, and the beds were uncomfortable with pillows that weren’t suitable. Cleaning could be more thorough too, particularly in the bathrooms, where some dirt had built up around joints and windows. They did mop daily and changed the sheets often, but that didn’t address those areas. The rooms are attractive and generally well equipped, with a kitchen, coffee maker, and other amenities. The owners were excellent, always helpful and willing to assist. The setting is lovely, with trees and flowers, right by village life but quiet at the same time. The location, surroundings, owners, and rooms are strong points, though the cleaning and bedding need attention.
