We liked it so much that we stayed a couple of extra days. The hotel is a five-minute walk from town, where there are plenty of nice tavernas and cocktail bars. Our room had a beautiful sea view, ideal for the sunsets, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh linen. It was my special birthday, and the room attendant left flowers for the occasion. The family-run hotel feels modern and friendly, and the service was excellent. Nothing was a problem. The free buffet breakfast was delicious and got us ready for the day. The pool was idyllic, with bar service and plenty of single and double loungers. I'd highly recommend it if you're in Areopoli, Peloponnese, Greece. Fionnuala and Danny, Dublin, Ireland 🇮🇪

The hotel felt tense and unwelcoming, and the location was extremely isolated. It sits in a village about 10 kilometers away, with very few houses and no shops or other amenities. Getting to the sea without your own transport was practically impossible. The rooms were in poor condition, with old, often broken furniture. The showers had visible buildup, which made me question how well they were cleaned. Meals and the promised services were very meager and far below what I expected. It seemed like corners were being cut everywhere. My stay on mainland Greece last season was very disappointing. I don't recommend it for a vacation, especially if you want a comfortable place to stay.

The buffet was really good, especially the fruit, yogurt and honey, and spanakopita. Staff were kind and helpful too, including when we unexpectedly had to leave very early on our last morning. Our room was clean and very comfortable, with a huge double bed and a very large balcony where we watched the sunset and ate breakfast. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the city center, but far enough out to have excellent parking availability. I loved staying here and would definitely come back.

Parking is available on the hotel grounds, and it's a convenient five to ten minute walk to the center of Areopoli. The staff were very friendly. Our deluxe double was clean and had an amazing view, and breakfast was very good, with lots of classic and traditional choices. The only nice extra I can think of would be single-use slippers.
