We were there for seven days, two adults, and my wife is pregnant. We had a Junior Suite and all inclusive. A big shout-out to the Entertainment Superstar Elena, who brought energy and fun every day and connected brilliantly with the guests. The food was fresh, plentiful, varied, and really good. The chefs and waiting staff were polite, always greeted us, and cleared plates quickly. The cleaning team were always smiling and did a fantastic job cleaning our room daily. The room was modern, with a great balcony view, a very comfy bed and pillows, a flat-screen TV, and tea, coffee, and a kettle. The shower had strong pressure and got to a great temperature, though it could get very hot, so be careful. My one gripe is that air conditioning is on a timer in all rooms, and you can pay to upgrade. In my opinion, AC should come as standard, even with a fair-usage limit if needed. There were two clean pools, plenty of loungers, and sun across the area for most of the day. They were close to the bar too, where Stathis is a top barman. We'd recommend the place. We didn't run into any of the problems mentioned in the negative reviews.

We liked the location when we arrived, and things seemed to be going smoothly, but checking in took an hour. After the journey we just wanted to relax, so that was a nightmare. Some of the reception staff were great, though one woman behind the counter seemed very much in her own world. The food was hit or miss. We went out for dinner on three nights and for lunch a couple of times to get some variety. The entertainment was worse. We joined four quizzes, then quit after the movie quiz. I answered every question first and correctly, and we had a seven-point lead, but then we were told to skip a lot of questions. It looked like the entertainment lady had favourites and wanted them to win. That left a sour taste, and I realised how two-faced she was. I definitely wouldn't stay again, though the island is beautiful, on a brighter note.

The entertainment programme was fun, and I'm really looking forward to coming back. I travel a lot, and Diana Palace was a great find for an enjoyable stay. The room type I had was lovely, the food was delicious with lots of variety, and they took dietary issues seriously. The people running and working at the hotel were warm, friendly, and helpful.

The drinks were cheap-tasting, watered down, and barely drinkable. Some staff were outright rude, with no interest in basic customer service, and it felt like we were an inconvenience. The entertainment was an excuse for the manager to be rude and single people out in front of the crowd. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unnecessary. When I complained, management dismissed me and made me feel like I was the problem. The manager also refused to let me take part in activities, shouted at me more than once, and was extremely sexist toward men. The place wasn't what I expected. If you value your money, time, and basic respect, stay far away.

Kelly at reception went far beyond what I expected after I injured my knee while Greek dancing on the first day. She made me an ice pack, then once the swelling had gone down, gave me directions to a nearby pharmacy. They were helpful and supplied the tablets I needed, and within two days I was completely pain free for the rest of the holiday. Elenor also deserves a special mention. She was the Queen of entertainment and brought so much fun and laughter during the day and early evening, before the outside entertainers came to wow the guests. What an amazing hotel in a great location. My room was clean and comfortable, and the whole hotel was spotless and cleaned every day. The staff were outstanding and couldn't do enough for you. There was plenty of varied food to choose from, and the entertainment was excellent. I couldn't fault the hotel.
