Elea Hotel Apartments and Villas

We couldn’t have picked a better place. The room was nicely decorated, with a decent sized balcony and a great sea view. It was quiet, yet only a five minute stroll from the main street, where there are lots of shops, restaurants, and bars. The shower and bathroom were the best I’ve had in Greece. The pool area had nice sunbeds and parasols, and there were always free beds when we visited toward the end of the season. The room safe and air conditioning were included in the price. A taxi from the airport took 10 minutes and cost only 18€, so we didn’t need coach transfers.

The place was clean and very quiet, especially at night, and there’s parking for guests, though it’s on grass. But our apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived after 14:00, and the staff didn’t know English, so communicating was difficult, maybe impossible. There’s no breakfast on site. We booked for three people but were only given two sets of towels. They changed the towels after three days.

The views are amazing, and the apartments are spacious and clean. We found our hosts very helpful. There’s a large pool with nice loungers and a grass area, plus good food, drinks, and cocktails in the cafe area. I’d recommend it and will be back next year.

Really nice owners and clean apartments. We were about a five minute walk from restaurants, the beach, and other amenities. There’s also a barbecue area, and they provided lights, a table, and chairs for the time being.
