There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, along with a few small markets. A coastal path starts at the bottom of the steps and leads into charming Kiveri. Our terrace was private, roomy enough for four, and had a clear view of the sea. The location is wonderful, though the many sets of stairs make it unsuitable for people with mobility issues.

We spent a few days in this magnificent flat at the end of June 2025, and would happily do it again. It was such a pleasant stay. The flat is very well equipped and clean, with everything we needed. From the balcony, all you see is the sea and Nafplio across the bay, just as the photo shows. We made good use of the small private beach just below the building, reached by the stairs right outside our door. Christos listened to us, answered our requests quickly, and gave us advice. Thank you so much, Christos. We also tried the restaurants in Kiveri and really enjoyed the food. There are archaeological sites nearby to visit.

The large balcony has a fantastic view, and there’s a small beach down the stairs. We spent 10 nights in the rooftop apartment in June and had a wonderful time. The facilities were excellent, and the location worked well for the main restaurant area.

We highly recommend this great two-bedroom apartment in Kiveri. The beds are comfortable and the apartment has all the amenities. The balcony looks across to Nafplio. There’s a little beach down the stairs where you can jump into the sea, plus another beach with more of a shoreline about a 5-8 minute walk away. A couple of tavernas are within walking distance.
