Kefalonia Grand Hotel

The helpful staff and convenient location made this a great place to stay, and the restaurant was very good too. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms are on the small side, but well appointed.

We arrived with a last-minute reservation and a mix-up over the dates, but the staff handled it with warmth and grace. From the start, they were welcoming and incredibly accommodating. The hotel was a peaceful oasis and a perfect base for our Greece trip, with stylish charm and immaculate cleanliness throughout. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and one of the highlights of our days. This stay became one of the main reasons we can’t wait to come back to Greece. We’ll stay here again and recommend it to anyone headed this way. Thank you for making the trip so memorable!

The location is superior, close to all amenities, and the staff were respectful. The food was excellent and the hotel very clean. The bathroom let things down a little: the shower didn’t work, the toilet seat was loose, and the shower doors were loose too. About 50€ spent on those repairs could resolve it. The balcony was small, though removing the table and adding a shelf large enough for a couple of drinks could make it work better. These issues didn’t affect our stay much, and I’d go back to what is a really good hotel in a brilliant location.

The hotel is in a very good location, and breakfast was very good, with different dishes and types of coffee to order at no extra cost. The staff were nice. The room was clean, but small, with a balcony and hardly any space for luggage. I thought the price was too high for what we got. The mattress was unfortunately hard and uncomfortable, and we could hear people in the hallway in the morning. We had some trouble with the air conditioning too. The receptionist helped us change the settings, which made a little difference, but she was supposed to call a technician and didn’t follow up.
