Minas Studio

The owner, Minas, was diligent, friendly and helpful, and talking with him felt like staying with friends. The property is spotless throughout and clearly looked after all year. The fresh paint and well kept surroundings make a difference. It’s ideally placed, with a short walk to the island’s best beach and restaurants, and just 10 minutes to the main town. We couldn’t extend our stay this time, but we’ll definitely come back.

The host was very welcoming, and the apartment was clean with everything we needed. We had a ground floor unit, but the terrace was nice and it was good having extra green space nearby. It’s a great location, and I’d definitely stay again. My one concern was housekeeping. The cleaner came only once during our seven nights. We didn’t really need fresh towels or bedding, but it would have been nice to have the bins emptied more often.

We booked at the last minute and could only get a garden-view room, but it was even better than the photos. From the large garden, with its fig and olive trees, you get morning shade that’s lovely for sitting outside with a book. The owner was friendly, helpful and great to chat with. The rooms have excellent air conditioning, and everything is spotless. The whole property is freshly painted and clearly maintained throughout the year by this family-run business. The location is ideal for walking to the best beach and restaurants, and the main town is just 10 minutes away. We couldn’t extend our stay, but we’ll definitely be back soon.

The studios are on the garden side, so although the property is on Lassi’s main road, it’s quiet. Everything you need is just a short walk away, and it’s a great base for exploring the island. The studios look even better in person than in the pictures, with clean rooms and lovely decor. The owner is kind, cheerful and very helpful. And do try some of the tasty figs growing in the garden. I strongly recommend staying here.
