The pool area was clean, and Makris and platis gialos beaches were close by. Reception staff were polite, friendly and helpful. We had room 45, which must have had the best view in the hotel. I hope they got the safe key back, as I gave it to a jet2 rep. Breakfast was more than ample, and I couldn't decide what to have. My one gripe was the charge for keeping the room for a later flight. I'd still go again.

Breakfast was lovely, with plenty to choose from, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Tasos behind the bar was a highlight. He'll make you any cocktail you want. The hotel is lovely and in a great spot.

Just a three-minute walk from one of the most stunning beaches, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The pool was lovely, the place was clean and well kept, and the beer was always properly cold. Everyone working there was exceptionally friendly. The day and night receptionists were especially kind and helpful, real angels. Congratulations to the hotel team, we'd gladly recommend staying here.

The pool bar service was great, and lunch was lovely with a nice cold beer. Our room had a lovely view of the sea and pool, and it had all been refurbished, so it felt like new. We were checked in straight away after a warm, friendly welcome at reception. We only arrived today, but the hotel has already made a fantastic first impression. It's absolutely beautiful and has the feel of a lovely Greek family run place.

The location is good, the hotel is pretty, and I slept comfortably. Breakfast was good, and the pool area is nice, but quite a few things need attention. We were told our lower grade room didn't come with the advertised kettle, and only had one because friends there lent us theirs. The room was clean except for the floor. Towels were changed so often they became tatty over the week. The pool area needed a proper sweep to clear the ants, and the dirty pool showers went unused. The bar portions were undersized, and a more expensive pool menu appeared as the week went on. Our first lunch was lovely, our last was awful. They charge for everything, and the young manager needs training in customer care. The family staff came across as underqualified and egocentric, which spoiled an otherwise lovely hotel. The other staff were lovely but seemed to be following the family's lead. I'd stay again for the location, but service, especially from family members, needs work. For anything beyond the basics, go local.
