Maria made everything easy, always ready to help with requests or arrangements. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. We felt relaxed and well looked after from the moment we arrived, and enjoyed the hotel’s peaceful atmosphere on the island. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone after comfort, tranquility, and excellent service.

Maria and her mother are a real credit to the hotel. They’re polite, incredibly helpful, and go the extra mile. The rooms were spotless, breakfast was great, and the pool area was amazing. Restaurants and bars are only a few minutes away. It exceeded my expectations, felt more like home than a hotel, and I’ll definitely return.

We spent 10 wonderful days here. Maria and Evi were so friendly and hospitable, taking care of everything we needed. The breakfast was tasty, and the view from the breakfast area was fantastic. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and best of all, the bed made for deep, restful sleep. Highly recommended!

Maria welcomed us like friends and put together our whole Karpathos adventure. Her tips for hidden beaches, authentic food, and boat trips were incredible. The team, including Evdoxia, Manolis, and Giannis, made the trip feel magical with their personal touch and dedication. The hotel details show how much care they put into it. Our room was beautiful, stylish, spacious, and felt like home. The pool is a stunning oasis, and breakfast was a new surprise each day, with so many choices that we looked forward to it every morning. Staying at Arkasa Palace felt like a dream, and we’re already counting the days until we can return.
