The beach is only 200 mts. away, with a taverna and supermarket about 300 mts. from the residence. We had a wonderful stay in very clean, comfortable apartments, and the owner Paulos was warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

Traveling alone to Karpathos for the first time, I felt especially safe and comfortable here. The apartments have everything you need, and the atmosphere was lovely. The hosts are a young family who were very helpful, and the most beautiful beach is close by. Five stars and then some! (:

The lovely courtyard is in front of all the apartments, and the area is wonderfully quiet. A beautiful beach, often with high waves that are great for boogie boarding, is just a five-minute walk away. We've been coming to summerbreeze since our first stay 10 years ago, and it's still a relaxing place to spend a holiday. Pavlos and Sofiana are friendly and always around to help guests. The apartments are clean and well equipped, and the price/performance ratio feels just right. We were very comfortable and highly recommend summerbreeze.

The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the family-run place has refurbished rooms that are super clean. There's a 24/7 "lobby" area with a Nespresso machine. It's a peaceful spot near a fantastic beach, yet still an easy walk to the town center and its restaurants.

We really liked how calm it was, and our apartment had a balcony. It's a lovely, clean place, with regular cleaning and a very helpful owner. St. Nikolaos beach is close, and Arkassa center is just a five-minute walk away, with shops, cafes and tavernas nearby. We'll definitely come back!
