I came back to Niriides after nine years, and the peaceful setting is still a real draw. The rooms are clean and well equipped, kept cool by the stone walls. There are trees and flowers all around, lovely scents, a beautiful yard, and a sea view. Evaggelia and Giannis are always smiling and ready to help. It's a good place for quiet and peace of mind, away from noisy spots. Nas beach has restaurants and cafes a three-minute drive away, and Armenistis village is about ten minutes by car.

Vagelia made our stay feel special. She's kind, offers helpful advice and local or homemade things to taste, and is around when you need her without interrupting your quiet. We were sorry to leave, and rightly so. Niriides Studios was our favorite of the four places we stayed in Ikaria. It's peaceful, with sea views, greenery, lovely sunsets, and a sky full of stars. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook. A car is useful, though that's true across the island. Nas was our favorite beach.

Vines, olive groves, and gardens surround this wonderfully peaceful place. The owner often brought us lovely fresh fruit. The views over the Aegean are amazing, and Nas and its great beach are a ten-minute walk away.

It's remote, so you'll want your own transport. The host is friendly, the apartment is great, and otherwise it's awesome.
