The location is great, right at the start of the pedestrian street, but if you arrive by car you'll need to find parking. My room was small, though newly renovated, and the double-glazed windows kept out almost all outside noise. The building itself is still old, even if most things look new. Like many cheaper hotels in Greece, the shower is just a hose with no wall mount. People were very friendly, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Nice cafes downstairs. Hotel prices in Arta are very inflated, and this was the cheapest place I could find.

We only stayed one night, so I can't really complain, but I wouldn't choose this place again. The rooms felt low quality and it was a weird place overall. Some rooms are fine, while others are really moldy.

The central location was a plus, and for the price it was quite good. There were some cleanliness issues, though, and no elevator.

The hotel was clean and decent, and the service seemed good. But after checking out, I needed to use the hotel bathroom and the hotelier refused, saying she couldn't because all the rooms were full.
