The apartment was dirty when we arrived. There was hair on the bed, on the towels and across the bedroom floor. We contacted the management office straight away and asked to move, but since we checked in so late, nothing else was available. My family and I left that same night and asked for a refund. The next day, management said we had deliberately put the hair there ourselves and refused to refund us. That made no sense, especially since they also said the cleaning crew had told them the bed, towel and shower had not been used by us. A horrible place to stay. Zero stars!

The hosts were quick to respond and helpful. The home was spacious, very clean, and in a great location!

It’s a great place for the price. I don’t understand why anyone would give it fewer than five stars.

Close to all the shops, and the apartment was spotless and really comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect, highly recommended.

The apartment is new and in a quiet area, but it had not been cleaned or checked before we arrived. Cleanliness was unacceptable. The standard replies to our requests and the unqualified staff made it clear how easily the company treats customers as a way to make money. We paid for a service and only received part of it. Tourist services from the last century, no surprises. All our communication with airstay is available. I won’t go into more detail, it isn’t worth my time.
