The restaurant underneath stayed open late, so getting a decent night's sleep was impossible, and an unpleasant smell filled the stairwell. Every other day at 7 a.m., a garbage truck came to collect the waste. The smell and noise were unbearable. All this for €1,500. It felt like there was zero respect for guests. The apartment was extremely dirty. The kitchen hadn't been cleaned at all, with a pot missing its handle and a frying pan still greasy with used oil. The refrigerator, stovetop and toaster were dirty too. I reported the kitchen on the first day and got no response. The bedding was unclean, including a dirty sheet, and the bed in one bedroom was torn. Cockroaches showed up during our stay as well. The bathroom was unfinished, with no towel rails or shelves. The fan was caked in dirt, and the air conditioning was inefficient and only in the living room, despite what the listing said. Closing the bedroom patio doors didn't cool the whole apartment. The listing also mentioned an iron, but there wasn't one. There were only six damaged hangers in the wardrobes, and the clothes dryer was rusty.

Only the view felt worth the price, which was expensive for no reason. The apartment was supposedly renovated, but it hadn't been cleaned. There was A/C only in the living room and no towel rack in the bathroom. The bedroom fan broke on the first night. The clothes pegs were broken, and the clothesline was dirty and rusty. There wasn't even kitchen paper or a coffee whisk.

There’s a nice view and the apartment is spacious, but it was a bit dirty. The toilet had been used and left unflushed, there was a glass of dirty water in the sink, and the sheets were dirty too. There was a bad smell in the stairwell and in part of the apartment. The listing says there’s private parking, but there isn’t. On Saturday nights the bar downstairs is very noisy, and you have to keep the balcony closed because cats sneak in. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The bathroom is in poor shape, and there are cockroaches in it at night. The bed linens were dirty. There’s no washing machine or microwave, and hardly any dishes. The Wi-Fi is very weak and keeps cutting out.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. With a little more care and consideration from the owners, it could have been a very different experience.
