St Paul and Peter's House

I have a police report confirming everything below if needed. After booking, we messaged to ask whether the price was the same for four people as for five, and asked another question about the different price of another apartment they had. The owner replied: “From our previous communication, I understood that you are problematic tourists. My prices are for an apartment! You're doing gypsy shopping! You have been holding my apartments for 4 months! I will let Booking know what customers you are! Since you can't afford a basic vacation, don't hire accommodations!” We wanted to cancel after that, but couldn't because a music festival was on and everything was booked up. When we arrived, the owner's wife let us in, but struggled with the lock and eventually called her husband. He couldn't manage it at first either. He was really grumpy and seemed to be trying to intimidate us. Once he got it open, he was almost shouting, “lift with fingers, easy,” over and over, very angrily. We tried the key ourselves after they started to leave and couldn't get it to work. I thought he was going to explode. His wife said to call her each time since she lived upstairs. We explained we might be at the festival until 3/4am, and she just said okay. After that, staying there felt awful. He often stomped around and glared at us. On the last night, a girl who had paid for the week but could only come on the final day arrived while we were out. We hadn't known she was coming. Given the trouble with the door and his extreme attitude, we'd left it unlocked. We were at the beach when she called us crying. She said he'd pushed her down the stairs and told her to say we all had to leave. She explained the situation, but neither owner would listen, and they pushed her out. The woman owner then yelled at me on the phone, saying she'd throw our things into the street if we didn't collect them. When we returned later, we were locked out. Eventually we called the police because the owner came to the gate with his dog and was threatening and aggressive. The police offered to stay, made him let us in, and waited while we collected our things and left safely because of his aggressive, threatening behavior toward us. Afterward, the owners posted online that we'd made a mess, been loud, got drunk, and had parties. None of the neighbors, who live RIGHT next door, agreed with them. The woman owner also gave us 50 euros when we left as an apology. Why would she do that if we were the problem?
