We stayed at Gianni's Village Resort in February, during the off season, and still had a great stay in Astakos. George and Vasiley (sp?) were friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. The views were wonderful.

We felt right at home, thanks to the warm, professional service. There’s free parking, two pools, a pool bar and a restaurant, plus spacious, clean, comfortable rooms with kitchens. Giannis village has everything for a great vacation. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back!

There were five of us, and even though it was off season, they treated us like VIPs. We spent two nights and it felt like coming home. Every detail was taken care of, and the hospitality was lovely. Best place you could find. Highly recommended.

The views across Astakos bay are incredible, and the kids had a great time in the large pool. There’s also an infinity pool with hydro massage. Vasilis and George were so friendly and made our stay unforgettable. Rooms were clean and the service was warm. Giannis village resort seems just as welcoming to families, couples, or solo travelers. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in the area, and I’ll definitely return someday.

The pools are fantastic, and everything was spotlessly clean. The two brothers who run Giannis Village Resort are incredibly kind and attentive, and the service is top notch. A real gem for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
