We left as soon as we understood there was no water. There was none for the sink, toilet, or shower, so even washing our hands or getting a drink wasn't possible. It made the apartment unlivable. We travel often and have never had an experience like it. There were also crayon marks on the sofa, swollen floors from water damage, a scratched mirror, moldy balcony cushions, and two broken door handles. The instructions were confusing, and the host was slow to respond and not helpful. Hot water couldn't run in both showers at once, either, and despite the listing saying “private parking,” no parking was available. This should not be listed until it meets basic living standards.

The balcony had a stunning view, whether we looked out during the day or at night. The neighbourhood was mostly quiet, though market day brought a bit of activity, which added to the trip's charm. It's also really well placed for transport, historic sights, and good restaurants. I'd absolutely recommend it for a visit to Athens.

We stayed in apartment number 33. It was comfortable and really nice, with lots of thoughtful details. The balcony was roomy and pleasant, and the view from it was amazing.
