The Club Lounge ladies made us feel so well looked after. They were warm, professional, and happy to help, even making several calls for us to check details about tourist attractions. Their genuine care really added to our stay. They’re a real credit to the hotel.

I held an event here for 70 people, with meeting rooms and bedrooms rented for the group. We ate breakfast and lunch at the hotel, and it was a great success. The team was incredibly helpful, the place was spotless, the food was very good, and service was quick. I can't recommend them enough!

The Club Lounge service was the best I've had. Special thanks to Elleni, Eleftheria and Agni for remembering my requests and making everything feel personal and warm. I was upgraded to a renovated room with an Acropolis view. It was spacious and clean, and housekeeping was attentive. The stay was even more memorable than I'd expected.

Good, though not great. The valet service was excellent but only available for limited hours. The garage felt fairly secure, but the spaces are tight and it gets crowded when the hotel has events. Check-in and the welcome were flawless, and the concierge and room service were pretty great too. Most staff we encountered, around 82%, were fantastic. The other 18% seemed annoyed, condescending, or unwilling to help, which felt unwelcoming. Maybe some were filling in outside their usual roles. The gym is well equipped, but it's by the spa, as far from the rooms as possible. The pool was closed. It's an outdoor pool that operates seasonally, and that was noted in the announcements. Edited: They had mentioned some of these details during the reservation process, but after all the back and forth, I'd forgotten a few. I've updated the stars to reflect that.
