Athenian elegant apt near Acropolis

Takis was a welcoming, very helpful owner and was ready to help with whatever we needed. The apartment is huge, with three bedrooms, and works really well for families. It's in a peaceful area but still an easy walk to the center. Definitely recommend it 👌🏼👍🏼

I'm glad I came across this place. I highly recommend it, and have nothing to complain about.

The shared spaces had useful touches: luggage could be left there, and there were dispensers for hot, iced, and room-temperature water, plus plenty of glass and ceramic cups and little spoons. From the eighth-floor rooftop common area, you can see the Acropolis, and the elevators weren't too busy. Still, I hadn't checked the neighborhood before booking and found it relatively unsafe. If you're on your own, especially if you're a woman, I'd suggest taking a taxi. Finding reception was confusing since it's upstairs in the same place as the owner's other businesses. The staff seemed quite shy and didn't appear to offer help proactively to people who looked like hotel guests. It felt like everyone was helping other people instead.

Booked through booking.com. The apartment had all the equipment we needed, and was about a 5-10 minute walk from both the Acropolis and the city center.
