We arrived late at night with my wife, an infant, and our child with autism, expecting to use a confirmed booking that we’d already paid for in full. I’d contacted the host several times before we arrived and tried again at the property, but there was no reply, no instructions, and no help at all. We were left outside with both children and nowhere to go. Our baby was tired, and our child was overwhelmed. It felt stressful and unsafe, and I found the situation completely irresponsible. We had to find and book another apartment urgently, right there in the middle of the night, so the children could be somewhere safe. This was a total failure of basic responsibility toward guests, especially families. I strongly advise people, particularly anyone traveling with children, to avoid this property.
