The poor Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and the apartment wasn't cleaned during our week. Booking.com listed cleaning service, but no one came and the towels weren't changed. We ended up buying supplies and cleaning ourselves because there was no broom, mop, cloth, or trash bags. The toilet was dirty, and there wasn't enough toilet paper, with just one and a half rolls for three people for a week. The only hygiene item was body soap, which ran out after a day. There were only three coffee capsules, too. We also couldn't use the safe because it was locked and there were no instructions. There was no washing machine, which we'd counted on. When we arrived, we found a stained sheet and only one blanket. We contacted them on WhatsApp and said there were three adults who needed three blankets. They said they'd bring them, but only one additional blanket arrived the next day, so we had to make do. Getting into the apartment was a frustrating start. We were sent two different codes, and the key safe wouldn't open. I contacted them repeatedly, but replies were slow and unhelpful, and they kept repeating a code that didn't work. We sat in the heat outside for an hour and a half until a stranger helped us. This kind of entry should be simple. It was a bad, disappointing experience that harmed our vacation. We plan to leave a negative Google review and contact Booking.com because we feel the listing was deceptive.
