Boutique Elizabeth Hotel

It’s a basic two-star place, but we found it clean and the staff were all very helpful. The location is brilliant and there’s parking. An Uber into central Athens costs under €10. There’s a fridge and TV, though no English-language channels, but you can connect a tablet. No kettle.

I was in Athens for a scientific congress and stayed here for five days. The area felt very safe, and there are lots of cafes within walking distance. Getting around was easy, and my room was clean with a great balcony. The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful. Thanks for everything, highly recommend it.

Our family room worked well for five, with a large bed, a twin, a sofa set up as a single, and a comfortable cot. The front desk was staffed even at 6am, and getting to the airport bus was incredibly easy. It’s an excellent budget hotel in a great location, with a very good price for a family of five. AB grocery is next door, and a short walk gets you to great souvlaki at Souvlaki Barbathomas or desserts at KONSTANTINIDIS PASTRIES. The shower was handheld and had no curtain.

The staff were all warm and kind, and there’s private parking behind the hotel. The elevator is tiny, kind of cute^^. It’s a budget hotel, so keep that in mind, but for the price I was quite satisfied.
