We stayed just one day and loved the place. It's convenient for the main tourist spots, and the property is well kept with attention to detail. The basic amenities were all there and good quality, and the welcome basket was a thoughtful touch. The owner's care helped make the stay feel like a hotel experience. They were very responsive and checked in with us to make sure arrival went smoothly.

We arrived at 6 pm and there was no key, and the owner apparently didn't know it was missing. Then she discovered the apartment was flooded and unusable. She cancelled our two-night Booking.com reservation, leaving us to find somewhere else at considerable extra cost. A complete disaster and totally unacceptable. Avoid.

Good price, and it's close to the center. Nice place.

The owner was kind and ready to help if we needed anything. The place was very tidy and clean, with everything provided, and its central location made it easy to get around.
