The rooms were just as pictured, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with customer service that was on point. It’s in a great spot near lots of restaurants and stores. It felt more like being in a local community than a tourist area, though. I didn’t see souvenir shops nearby and had to go up by acropolis for those.

We had room 802, with a large terrace, an Acropolis view and a properly good mattress. The hotel is outside the city center, but the metro is just around the corner, and the neighborhood has restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops that give you a feel for city life. There’s a Greek breakfast buffet, with a few tables in the garden, plus a rooftop bar with a pool and all day bar. Vegetarian options are available.

The staff were extremely friendly, and our room was beautiful and spacious. We also appreciated having parking on site, accessed by an elevator underground. The rooftop bar and pool are a lovely bonus in the city. A most amazing hotel, highly recommend this luxury stay.

Maybe it’s a nice hotel, but the way they handled our situation was an embarrassment, especially in a country with otherwise very hospitable Greeks. They let us stay outside at night with a child and offered not the slightest support, just saying, “you should better read the terms and conditions.” The hotel has a minimum age of 12, which is far from the usual rules and only mentioned in the small print. They should have been able to find a solution for guests who didn’t know about this nonsense. One star is too much!

I was on the third floor and had a very big balcony and a 65" TV. The room was well appointed. It was easy to find when driving, and there was off street parking for 10 euros a day, down a steep ramp and into a car lift.
