Koniama Acropolis

The room was beautiful, and the jacuzzi was a lovely extra. I also enjoyed the views from the balcony and rooftop terrace. The neighborhood made getting around easy, with the main attractions a short walk away and two breakfast spots just 100-150 meters from the apartment. We chose the place mainly for its location and value, and I only casually mentioned when booking that the trip was for my dad's birthday. The team responded with warm wishes and offered a cake. When I explained his dietary needs, they quickly reassured me they could accommodate them, then arranged a delicious cake without the allergens I mentioned. They handled it with such care that it never felt like a burden. Messages were answered quickly and thoughtfully, and they also helped us check in early, which made the day much easier. I'm grateful to the whole staff for making the trip so special. Their kindness and the atmosphere they create are rare. We'll remember it for a long time, and I wholeheartedly recommend Koniama Acropolis.

The rooftop has a view of the acropolis, and the location is really convenient: four minutes from the nearest metro and buses, ten minutes from the tourist attractions, and just a minute from a convenience store and pharmacy. Reception were friendly, helpful and knew their stuff. They even gave me a complimentary upgrade to a better room. It was my first stay here, and the service and hospitality made a great impression. I'd happily come back, thanks to the team!

The rooftop view of the acropolis was a lovely surprise, and I'd gladly stay here longer next time. My room was modern, cozy, clean and spacious, with all the bathroom bits I needed, like makeup remover, toothbrushes and a vanity kit. Reception welcomed us warmly in the morning. I needed an early check-in because I was attending a wedding, and the hotel was able to arrange it. My flight was delayed, though, so I went straight from the airport to the wedding and let them know I'd arrive in the early hours afterward. They coordinated a virtual check-in and sent detailed directions for getting into my room and finding the key. The customer service was excellent, and I felt well looked after.

The front desk were so friendly and helpful, and housekeeping did a great job. Our room was immaculate, comfortable and cleverly laid out, with plenty of space, a large bed and good air conditioning. The shower was great, and the bathroom even had towel warmers. We had a lovely two-night stay. From the rooftop, the acropolis view is spectacular, and getting to it or anywhere in the city center on foot was quick and easy. Bars, restaurants, ATMs and shops are all close by. I'd absolutely stay here again.
