The facilities and service were very poor. Rooms were filthy and noisy, with no sound insulation at all. You could hear the person in the next room snoring.

The owner was incredibly accommodating, letting us check in at 4am and giving us a late checkout. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. Hotel Maroussi near Athens was fantastic. Highly recommend it!

The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable, with a solid breakfast too. Hotel is right in Marousi’s business district, next to Neratziotissa train station, which has a direct 25-minute link to the airport. The Mall Athens and OAKA Olympic Stadium are nearby, about an 8-12min walk, and Kifisias Avenue with its many hospitals is just moments away.

The outside looked promising, but the stay was awful. Staff were really rude, and for €80 I got a 13 sq. m. room with no air conditioning and a semi-double bed, even though I’d been told it had a double. They also advertised breakfast, but there was nothing there; they said they could prepare something if we asked. One of my worst experiences. Tragic.

We stayed here for a concert at Olympique Stadium, and the location was really convenient. They seem to know that, since prices go way up on concert days, especially for what you actually get.
