The Omnia Collection Pagrati

Spacious, clean accommodation in a safe, quiet neighborhood, even at night. Shops, restaurants, and groceries are easy to get to, and management responds quickly. I’d recommend it to anyone.

I checked in a couple of hours ago, and already regret spending the money. Nothing is blatantly wrong, but this is what’s considered a bad neighborhood now. The apartment is relatively clean, though everything inside feels cheap. The facilities don’t match the description, and the photos are deceptive. Despite the high prices, it’s obvious they cut corners: Lidl toilet paper, probably Lidl linen too, worn-out towels, and no gym or well-being facility like they claim on the website. They don’t even provide two cups for an apartment meant for two. The soap needs a warning label. The whole place gives the impression of, ‘We’ve got your money, enjoy.’ There’s nobody around to hear complaints. In my opinion, it should cost half as much, and it definitely isn’t 4 star accommodation.

We stayed over a week, but the cleaning service came only once, and we weren’t given supplies to clean in between. The bathroom smelled really bad, so there may have been a sewer issue, and the shower door was badly glued, leaving water all over the floor. Our room faced either the road or the elementary school, so it was noisy, and there was construction on the top floor every morning. The place is also horribly located, far from everything. You have to walk at least 30min, or rent a vehicle, to visit anything. I wouldn’t recommend it.

A wonderful stay, in my opinion, with excellent service. The place was clean, the bed was great, and the air conditioning worked nicely. Local transit routes were an easy walk away.
