Pagrati/Hilton area, Bentzi (3) Boutique Apt. for 4

I felt at home as soon as I arrived. The apartment is nicely furnished and has all the useful things, even an espresso machine, hairdryer, and iron. It’s in a friendly neighborhood with cafés and supermarkets nearby, and the city center is about a 20-minute walk away. The host was lovely and easy to reach. I’d happily stay here again.

Youla, the property manager, was exceptionally helpful and insightful. The place was tidy and well maintained, and we could easily walk to important historic sites, even though we’re both in our 70s. It’s managed off-site, so we were given the key safe’s location and the code to open it. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

Our reservation was canceled by the host just 10 days before the stay because of a double booking, even though we’d booked two months ahead. The host didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.

The area is peaceful and close to the metro and center. The apartments are new and equipped well enough for a longer stay, and the staff were amazing. A great place to stay, highly recommended.
