There really is a cigarette smell, despite the owner spamming comments about people who mention it. Pi-4 in particular smelled heavily of smoke. They told us the previous guest had smoked and said the room was non-smoking, but there was no smoke detector, and the odor had sunk into the furniture. Be careful.

We had coffee on the upstairs terrace and enjoyed the view of the Acropolis. The hotel is beside the first Olympic stadium and close to lots of good restaurants. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they were especially accommodating to my handicapped wife. A very pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.

The room was really comfortable, and we got a fantastic view of the Acropolous that exceeded what we expected. We were welcomed warmly and got lots of useful ideas for places to visit and eat. Well worth staying here.

We booked a non-smoking room, but were put in a smoking one. The smell was unbearable, especially with a small child travelling with us, and felt like a health concern, not just a preference. We had to leave the hotel. It was an extremely disappointing experience, and I would never recommend this property.

The room and staff were lovely, and the bathroom stood out, especially the big shower. After all the tiny showers I’d had in Italy, it felt great. The area near the first Olympic stadium had really good food, too. Only drawback was that our AC wasn’t very powerful.
