Modern, clean accommodation with a great bathroom and professional service. It’s close to everything I wanted to see in Athens and was a great price. I’d book it again.

10/10
Easy to access, with straightforward communication and professional service. The interior was clean and cozy, with a modern feel, and it was great value for money. For visitors to the Athens Marathon, the location is especially well suited for a stay.

We had to leave and book another hotel. The first unit, Building C, Apartment 002, was underground and smelled of mold and dust, while the whole apartment felt damp and poorly maintained. The building itself had a strong odor like open sewage. Xaris was responsive and tried to help us at 11PM by offering a different room in the same building, but that one was worse, with ants and dead mosquitoes inside the bed. We shared photos and videos, yet weren’t offered a refund. The hygiene and upkeep seemed far below an acceptable standard, and I strongly advise against staying here. Very disappointing.

The room was a little too small for me.
