We picked it for a concert at Kallimarmaro Stadium, and the location was ideal. Varnava Square is right outside, with bars, cafes and tavernas, and a short bus ride gets you to central Athens. The brand-new apartment was amazing. We stayed in Lush Verve, a ground-floor duplex. The bedroom and shower room were downstairs. Everything was clean and fresh, and the sofa bed still had plastic on its mattress, it was brand new and very comfortable. Communication with the property team was wonderful. I'd come back and recommend it to family and friends. The one thing missing was a bedroom mirror, or a full-length one upstairs.

So much storage space, and the soundproofing works really well. The AC was amazing too, and the location was great. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location and property are great, and the flat was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom even has underfloor heating. But Flat 4 has serious noise problems: the bedroom is over the restaurant's outdoor seating and beside the building's main entrance, so street conversations carry right in. Metal chairs scraping around at 8 am made sleeping in difficult. Getting inside was a mess too. We were sent the wrong entry code, and the host couldn't be reached for more than an hour while we waited outside. The management relies on WhatsApp, but that wasn't dependable. I wouldn't book Flat 4 specifically.
