Tonia made us feel very welcome and was full of useful, practical advice. She’s a genuinely supportive host who cares about her guests. The place is a good fit for one or two people if you’re fine walking a bit. It’s near Victoria station and a few kilometres from the Acropolis, with good public transport connections. There’s a small makeshift kitchen in the corridor, and the bathroom and bedroom were clean and tidy. Bring earplugs for street and neighbor noise. Also, the elevator wasn’t working early in the morning, so with luggage you may have to carry it down two floors.

We only stayed one night after our flight was delayed, and I really wished we could have stayed longer. The host was lovely and helpful, and unlike some places, she’d thought to provide a little breakfast even though it wasn’t included. I’d definitely recommend it, especially for the good location in a safe area.

Tonia kept us posted when our ferry was late and shared helpful recommendations. The bed was really comfortable, and the room and breakfast were both great. The elevator made handling our luggage easy. We’ve never had such warm hospitality and will definitely come back.
