WYZ Athens Apartments by UPSTREET

The staff were always polite and ready to help, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The apartment was great value for money and made for a stress-free, enjoyable stay. Its location right in the heart of the city made it easy to get around and explore. I'd happily stay again and definitely recommend it!

The rooms are big and comfortable, but I only got two of the three things I need when traveling for work: a comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a treadmill. I picked this hotel over cheaper places in the area because it had a treadmill. I visit Athens often, and at least in this area it's not a runner-friendly city. On day one the treadmill didn't work. I told the hotel contact, who said maintenance would look into it. It never worked, and nobody from the hotel followed up or told me anything.

The metro is conveniently close, but several problems made this stay disappointing. On our final day, the entrance door malfunctioned and left us locked out. Nobody answered when we called for help. Inside, the elevator felt unsafe, the mattress was uncomfortable and poor quality, and there was no shampoo or body lotion. The shower stall was also missing its door, making it awkward to use. We were surprised by the property's high rating because our experience fell short of what we expected.

Getting around Athens was easy from WYZ Athens Apartments by UPSTREET, with restaurants, shops, and public transport all nearby. Check-in went smoothly, and the team was quick to help whenever I had a question. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable, with modern amenities and a fully equipped kitchen that made it feel like home. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a stylish, convenient place in Athens.
